I don’t shoot much 35mm film anymore, but recently I took a camera with half a roll left from god knows when for a walk around the neighbourhood.
The new series Dogwood is now live on www.gustaferiksson.com. The book is coming soon, so feel free to sign up for my (very occasional) email newsletter here if you would like to be notified when it’s ready. I promise you won’t hear from me more than once or twice a year.
I’m putting together a small book with the working title Dogwood as a sort of side project. Here are a few of the images.
Walks by Martin Brink
Martin Brink has just released his series Walks as PDF e-book that you can download for free over here. I recommend that you do so. There is a quiet subtlety to Martin’s work that appeals to me. You can also read an article on this series by Wayne Ford from back in June over here.
Ponds, Streams, and Swamps of Long Island by Dalton Rooney
Nice to see some new work from Dalton Rooney.

Hot Spots: Martin Parr in the American South
“My 30 minute documentary short, Hot Spots: Martin Parr in the American South, will provide a fun, entertaining and unique perspective on the career and creative process that drives the controversial Magnum photographer.”

Thanks MDM!
This looks promising. Martin Parr seems to be everywhere at the moment. I went to see him speak in Edinburgh a few years back. He’s a funny man.
New work from Corey Arnold: Arctic Shooting
Corey Arnold has lots of great new work up on his site. You need Flash to view it though.
